The housekeeping staff are efficient. rabby and hemraj were helpful . the location is good. It is close to the sharf dj metro station. viva supermarket is nearby. It is only a short walk from the hotel.
The lobby sometimes smells of smoke. This happen when you enter the building.

The smooth check-in and check-out process made arrival and departure easy. the presence of two lifeguards at the swimming pool gave me reassurance. housekeeping staff in room 404 were always smiling and very helpful. We appreciated their assistance.

i noticed the gym had many equipment pieces for varied exercise routines. the swimming pool benefits from two lifeguards ensuring safer swimming conditions. breakfast seemed well worth the price.

The staff called LEE was very helpful. She assisted me a lot. I found it easy to communicate with her. My stay felt fun. Breakfast was good. The management and staff were also helpful. The cleaning was satisfactory.

the cleaning was efficient with careful attention to detail (i especially appreciated that). the location was convenient with many tourist spots nearby. also, i found shopping easy with options available close to the place.
